苏家启小朋友是我所带的中班学生中最调皮的一个。在一次集体课外活动中，我一直在不停地叮嘱他：不要乱跑。但他仍然跳上跳下，我拉住他，努力使他安静下来，一不注意，朝东涌路方向跑去，我紧紧追着，他突然跌倒在地，我急忙把他抱在怀里，发现他膝盖流血了，我的心一下子揪了起来，赶紧抱起他跑到教室。为他做了检查和包扎，幸亏伤的不严重，苏家启痊愈了，家长非常通情达理，没有怪我们这件事，但是我更感到自己肩负的责任，也认识到只要我们尽心尽力地爱护和照顾每一个孩子，就会赢得孩子的爱戴，家长的理解。

但任何产品都有保质期，教师呢？在21世纪——网络普及、通讯发达、信息爆炸的今天，合格的教师不是终身的。以前是“不进则退”，现在是“慢进则退”，昨天的合格教师，今天不一定合格。只有与时俱进，努力做一名终身学习型教师，才能成为一名合格的教师。
所谓终身学习型教师，就是要坚持思考和学习，要不断转变教育观念，更新储备知识，摸索教学方法，尤其要加强学习并熟练运用现代化教学技术和手段。
时代的脚步已经跨入了21世纪，教育观念的转变不容忽视。因此，在全面实施素质教育的今天，一定要与时俱进。通过不断地思考和学习，端正教育思想，转变教育观念，以孩子为中心，以每个孩子为本，从实际出发，因材施教。
