四年的大学时光已如白驹过隙，转瞬即逝。作为学子，我们已从一个渴求知识的新生，成长为一名略有所成的毕业生，生活、学习中的点点滴滴无不凝聚了各位老师的心血。是你们教给了我们科学的知识和严谨的态度;是你们让我们体会到了成功的喜悦;也是你们教给了我们做人的道理。今天我们之所以能满怀自信的站在这里，要感谢我们的母校，感谢护理学院的全体老师，感谢你们用青春和汗水缔造了我们今天的成绩。
有人说，丰富多彩的大学校园就像是一个熔炉，煅烧出每个人与众不同的精彩人生。我们经历了大一的纯真年代，走过了大二的轻舞飞扬，告别了大三的紧张与忙碌，来到今天大四的依依别离。时光荏苒，岁月如梭，四年的大学生活就这样即将离我们远去。依然记得大一刚入学时的情景，那时的我们青涩而又懵懂，刚刚经历完高考的洗礼，满怀着对大学生活的憧憬与向往踏进了启秀校区的大门。一晃眼，那熟悉的一幕幕已然留在了四年前。这四年的来路,走得辛苦而又快乐，四年的生活，过得充实而美丽，今天来看 ，竟然象昨天的事情 。四年的岁月, 1460 个日日夜夜，听起来似乎是那么的漫长，而当今天面对离别，又觉得它是那么的短暂。 四年的时光，弹指一挥间，但很多记忆将成为生命中最为珍贵的收藏：还清晰记得第一次站在军训操场 上的那个瞬间，带着未脱的稚气和对大学未来生活的无限幢憬，我们开启了通向丰富多彩大学生活的大门。转眼间，时光的年轮匆匆转过， 我们的回忆中多了足够一辈子品味的东西 。和我们一起成长的启秀校区，美丽的濠河，鸟语花香树下的长凳都曾留下了我们的晨读的背影;精密的实验仪器、条件优越的实验室里，曾留下了我们对科学的向往，运动场上留下了我们拼搏的身影……那铭刻了我们共同经历的日子，让我们受到了锻炼，增长了经验，也更让我们体会到了我们护理学院严谨的作风和学风，体会到了那种团结向上的精神面貌。 太多太多的情景值得去回忆。
岁月匆匆，大学四年转瞬即逝。从眼眸里抽出细细雨丝,然后纷纷扬扬的撒下，我们将离开我的大学生活，走过楼兰，走过荒滩，只是为了那句路在脚下，明天会更好。不久之后，我们将踏上新的征程。让我们再一次向老师们说声“谢谢”，是你们用自己的言行和关爱让我们得到了远比书本知识更加宝贵的信念;让我们对自己的父母说声“谢谢”，是他们一如既往地支持让我们在人生路上充满了勇气;让我们对这美丽的校园说声“谢谢”，是它不变的安静、祥和记载了我们的奋斗与成长;让我们对彼此互相说声“谢谢”，让我们回想那纯真灿烂的笑容、朋友间的友谊，去感悟那美好的生活，让我们一起记录下这美好的时刻。

早上好!今天我讲话的题目是《做一个文明之人》。
记得有人说过：“人，一撇一捺，写起来容易做起来难。我们要经常性地思考，我在做什么，我做得怎样，我要成为怎样的人。”做怎样的人，一百个人会有一百种答案，但在每一个答案的背后都有一个基点，那就是做人首先要做一个文明的人。
文明是什么?文明是路上相遇时的微笑，是同学有难时的热情帮助，是平时与人相处时的亲切，是见到师长时的问早问好，是不小心撞到对方时的一声“对不起”，是自觉将垃圾放入垃圾箱的举动，是看到有人随地吐痰时的主动制止……文明是一种品质，文明是一种修养，文明是一种受人尊敬并被大家广泛推崇的行为。
做文明之人，就要会用文明语，做文明事。再简单地讲就是要懂礼貌，明事理。中国素有“礼仪之邦”之称，礼貌待人是中华民族的传统美德。生活在幸福时代的我们，如果不能继承和发扬这种优良传统，就不能真正做一个快乐的人。“良言入耳三冬暖，恶语伤人六月寒”，这句俗话大家要记住。文明礼貌是最容易做到的事，同时也是生活里最重要的事，它比的智慧、比一切的学问都重要。礼貌经常可以替代最珍贵的感情。

firstly, when i was a little boy, i have been dreaming of being a teacher. it seemed so fascinate to me and i hope i can make my dream come true.
besides, i like so much to be with middle school students. most of the students at that age are full of youthful spirity and i am sure their passion would pass to me. i will retain all the zest of adolescence.
the most important reason is that our country needs plenty of teachers. so far, teaching is considered a tough and low-income job in china. however, if we have not enough teachers, our future will lack of excellent scientist, managers, businessmen, soldiers and even goood workers and farmers. how can our country to be strong and wealthy?
i wish my country to be a better one. i am ready to be a teacher and hope all the persons with lofty ideals may dedicate themselves to this meaningful career.

the reason for it is various. the main reason has the following points: firstly, the number of the college student is increasing faster and faster these years. in addition, many colleges and universities fail to adapt their courses to the development of economy.
secondly, it's easy for some students to find work. but the fact is that some students don't want to do the job, they except to find a work with a higher salary. in addition, some graduates did not work hard in college, so they are not competent for jobs they want.

good morning, it's my honor to stand here and give you this speech about dreams. there i want to start my speech with two short stories.
the first story happened when i was in primary school, i wrote in my composition that my dream was to be a teacher when i grew up. meanwhile, what my classmates wrote about their dreams was that he or she wanted to be a doctor, a scientist or an astronaut.
the second story happened at my first year in university. at the careers planning class, when the teacher asked about our dreams, one of my classmates stood up and said, i want to be a farmer, because i grow up in a farmer's family and i love to be engaged in agriculture. when he sat down, everyone clapped.
these two stories happened during my growth process, from which i got my understanding of dreams. when i was a child i believed that a dream must be a big dream, but when i grow up i find this big dream is so far away from me, i know little about it, and i have done nothing to achieve it, so it's not my dream. my classmate's answer let me know a real dream is not just about being a great man, or doing a great job, it's about what you really want to be, and are willing to try every effort to pursue it.
because what makes a dream valuable is not just about the result, it's also about the process, the process when you are trying, when you are struggling, when you failed and restarted again and again, because of the process, dreams can be meaningful and become your wealth.
